In February Prudential Showcase Properties had a special luncheon to recognize the following agents for their achievements in the last year; Lee Rodgers received the Education Achievement Award for exceptional work at her continuing education in real estate. Susan Morrison received the Internet Conversion Award for her work on the E-Team in converting internet leads into sales. Erica Killingsworth and Chris Calder tied as the Rookie of the Year for sales and production. Gail Mims and Thomas A. Griffin each received the Team Player Award for their willingness to help and share with agents in the office. Nan Pitcher and Chris Calder of the Nan Pitcher Team won the President Circle Award and Top Producer Award for Dothan, both of these awards relate to closed sales and achieving high expectations for production. Fran Frenda received the Leading Edge Award and Top Producer for the Enterprise office, demonstrating talent in closed sales and achieving high expectations for production.

Susan R. Vierkandt would like to congratulate Lee Rodgers for winning the Rookie of the Year Award for Education for the Dothan Association of REALTORS® Board. This award is given out once a year to the newest agent who has made the greatest strides in furthering their education in real estate. Congratulations also goes to Lee for making the top 5 Ambassador's with the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce.

Congratulations also goes out to Chris Calder for receiving his ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) Certification. This certification is an in-depth study of buyer needs and representation during the purchase of real estate. Agents with the ABR certification separate themselves by practicing precise skills designed to assist buyers through the purchase transaction.

Susan R. Vierkandt is also pleased to announce the newest editions to the Prudential Showcase Properties staff Brian Dean and Melissa Peters. Brian has over six years experience in real estate sales in the Montgomery, Alabama area. As a father, Brian enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, hiking and fishing, but is excited about the opportunity to get to work int he Dothan, Alabama market. Brian is no stranger to this area having the benefit of working with his father, Bobby Dean, in the Prudential Showcase Properties office. Together they are looking forward to providing even a greater level of service to the Wiregrass area.

Melissa Peters and her husband have not long been in Dothan, coming here from Georgia, Melissa brings twelve years of real estate experience with her having worked in property management and real estate investment. Melissa enjoys working with home sellers in staging and preparing their home for sale. She brings a great deal of energy and excitement to assist buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process.

Congratulations to Ramona Miley for Ambassador Of The Month with The Dothan Chamber of Commerce

Ramona has served as an Ambassador for the Chamber for two years and is a REALTOR® with Prudential Showcase Properties. "I love serving as an Ambassador and working with the Dothan Chamber of Commerce. I have met so many wonderful business leaders in our community and volunteering has been an enriching as well as educational experience."

This designation requires completing fifteen training modules, plus a course from the National Association of REALTORS® on the Code of Ethics.
