The real estate market has heated up considerably, with lots of buyers trying to take advantage of the First Time Homebuyer’s credit, and what I have called the “Repeat Offender’s” credit. Apr. 30^th is the deadline for having an accepted contract on a property in order to qualify for either credit, and buyers will have to close on their new homes by June 30^th.

There is still time, but only so many hours in a day! If you are considering making a move, you’d better get on the stick! Our agents are ready to go to work for you, but with so many homes on the market, you’ll want to see a few before making your final selection and making an offer!
